Episode #221 - Hugo Burnham (Gang of Four)

4/30/2024

Back in November 2023, Lenny Kaye from the Patti Smith Group played a tribute show to the amazing box set he compiled "Nuggets" at Cat's Cradle in Carrboro, NC. The Nuggets Boxset profiles lost classics from the 60s psychedelic garage rock era. Matt was fortunate enough to sit down with one of the performers before the show Hugo Burnham (the drummer from Gang of Four)! We discussed a bit of the history of Gang of Four as well as his involvement with the Nuggets tribute shows.
